My Story

Welcome to Classy Coupons! My name is Jennifer and I have been couponing for the past 2 years. Initially, I would watch the show Extreme Couponers with my daughter and just be amazed how much these people were saving. I was in disbelief that anyone could actually save that much money on a shopping trip; so that is when I decided to try it for myself. I started off buying the newspaper every Sunday and saving my coupons. Before I knew it I was officially a couponer. I took baby steps, but I have to tell you that once you complete that first couponing transaction – you will be hooked! On an average I save my family about 75% each month from couponing. That means that I purchase about $1000 worth of food and toiletries for about $250 a month. I kid you not! I actually had to buy a used freezer off of Craigslist just to keep up with all my stockpile items (frozen pizzas, garlic bread, ice cream, etc.).

Every month I always say how thankful I am that I learned how to coupon. I now have more money in my budget without having to work more hours! I recently began Classy Coupons in hopes to teach other hard-working women (and men) how to coupon. Well that is my couponing story. I hope to be a part of yours!
